Welcome to the 2012 Cruise & Learn registration!

Have a vacation and get an education at the same time. Then if you can write that vacation off as a business expense - what could be better! Join us and other fellow investors to sail the high seas and share in good conversation about the current real estate market and what you need to be doing in the future to stay afloat. The topic will center around "Owner Financing" and how to best structure your deals. Whether you are buying or selling there are things you need to know. We will have 8 speakers on board ship to help you navigate your way through the morass of new rules and laws pertaining to Owner Financing. During our two fun days at sea you will be able to get your fill of real estate education and networking with 4-6 sessions each day at sea. There will also be nightly Q & A sessions after dinner hosted by each speaker. Pick a different speaker each night and get your personal questions answered.

There will be plenty of time to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities onboard the ship too. From all of the amazing food, to all of the wonderful entertainment at night as well as music and dancing to the wee hours of the night! Did I mention the Casino? Remember this is a vacation! There are also tons of activities to do during the day such as playing bingo, hanging out at the pool, working out (yes there is a gym on board), or finding a quiet place onboard and just reading or relaxing.
